Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the rules that apply to paid services on footballevents.eu, operated by Goality Sport Group OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) ("we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service. All amounts are in EUR. Contact: legal@footballevents.eu.
1. No-Refund Policy
All payments to footballevents.eu are final and non-refundable. This applies in particular to:
- Organizer subscriptions (monthly and annual plans),
- Boosts and featured placements (one-time purchases),
- Advertising placements (banners, sponsored categories, newsletter sponsorship),
- Any other paid feature offered now or in the future.
By purchasing a paid feature you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued — in whole or in part — under any circumstances except as strictly required by mandatory law.
2. Scope
This policy covers payments made directly to us. It does not cover payments made by participants directly to organizers (participation fees, deposits, travel, equipment, etc.). Those are governed by the organizer's own terms — please contact the relevant organizer for any questions about money paid to them.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- Cancellation — you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
- No mid-cycle refunds. Cancelling, downgrading, ceasing to use the Service, account suspension, or termination for breach do not entitle you to a refund of any portion of the current period.
- Annual plans are paid up-front and are non-refundable after activation.
- Price changes. If we increase prices, we give advance notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect; the new price applies at the next renewal otherwise.
4. Boosts, Featured Placements and Advertising
Boosts, featured placements and advertising are one-time purchases that increase visibility for a defined period. They are non-refundable in all cases, including (without limitation):
- the listing was removed for breach of our Terms,
- the boost overlapped with an outage or technical issue on our side,
- the campaign produced fewer impressions, clicks or conversions than expected.
We do not guarantee any specific level of visibility, traffic, leads, sales or applications.
5. B2B Service — No Statutory Withdrawal
Paid features are offered to organizers and businesses acting in a professional (B2B) capacity. The 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive does not apply to B2B purchases and is therefore not available for these services. Where, despite this, the Service is purchased by a consumer, by activating any paid feature you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal is lost as soon as the service has been performed.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster by email. Filing a chargeback for a payment that is non-refundable under this policy may result in:
- immediate suspension or termination of the account,
- recovery of the disputed amount plus chargeback and processing fees,
- referral to debt collection,
- a permanent ban from creating future accounts.
If a chargeback is filed and later resolved in our favor, the related service is not reinstated automatically.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a limited period and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, paid features are paused until payment succeeds. Reactivation does not restore visibility lost during the paused period.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
