Can I start free?
Yes — Free is forever, no credit card. You get 2 active events, gallery, programme, logo in hero. You can upgrade or downgrade any time.
What's the difference between a Boost and Premium?
Boost is a one-time push for a single event. Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks features (FAQ, video, featured placement) across all your events plus monthly boosts included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Annual plans are non-refundable mid-cycle but your features stay active until the end of the period.
Do you charge VAT?
We invoice in EUR. EU businesses with a valid VAT number get reverse-charge. Consumers and EU businesses without VAT see VAT added at checkout.
How does the moderation SLA work?
When you submit an event for review, our team approves or returns it within the SLA window for your tier (Free 48h, Pro 24h, Premium 4h).
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes — switch anytime, the annual price kicks in next billing cycle, with the ~17% savings.
